§ 1
Information on the collection of personal data

1.1 Hereinafter, we inform you on the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data relating to you personally, such as name, address, e-mail-addresses, users’ behavior.

1.3 As far as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) point (a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis.

If processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6 (1) point (b) GDPR is the legal basis. This also applies to processing in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

As far as the processing of personal data is necessary for the compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) point (c) GDPR is the legal basis.

In case the data processing is necessary in order to protect an interest, which is essential for the life of the data subject or of another natural person, Art. 6 (1) point (d) GDPR is the legal basis.

1.4 If the data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR is the legal basis.

1.5 Personal data of the data subject is erased or made unavailable, as soon as the purpose of the storage does no longer apply. Any storage may continue afterwards, if stipulated by the European or national legislative body in union regulations. laws or other provisions the controller is subject to. Data is also blocked or erased, if a period of data storage stipulated by the aforementioned provisions runs out, except for the existence of the necessity of further storage of data for the purpose of entering into or performance of a contract.

1.6 If you contact us via e-mail or contact form, we will store the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail-address, your name and phone number) to answer your questions. We will erase any data received in this relation after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing, if any legal preservation duties exist.

1.7 Below, we will inform you of such activities, if we engage service providers for certain functions of our webspace or if we would like to use your data for advertising purposes. In doing so, we will also inform you about the criteria of the term of storage.

Your rights

2.1 You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • • right to rectification or erasure,
  • • right to restriction of processing,
  • • right to object to processing,
  • • Right to data portability.

2.2 You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 3
Collection of personal data when visiting our website

3.1 In the case of a purely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR):

  • • time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • • content of the request (specific page)
  • • access status / HTTP status code
  • • respective amount of data transferred
  • • website from which the request originates
  • • browser
  • • operating system and its interface
  • • language and version of the browser software.

3.2 The data will be erased as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. In the case of collecting the data for providing the website, this is the case when the respective session is completed. In the case of storing the data in log files, this is the case after no more than seven days. An exceeding storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are erased or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

3.3 In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and by which the body that sets the cookie (here through us) receives certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They ‘re designed to make our website more user-friendly and effective in general.

More features and offers of our website

Opposition or revocation against the processing of your data

5.1 If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. Such withdrawal will affect the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data after you have declared it to us.

Integration of Google Maps

6.1 On this website we use the feature of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly within the website and allow you to conveniently use the map feature.

6.2 By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under para. 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in, or if there is no user account. When you’re logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be allocated with your profile on Google, you need to log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and / or tailor-made website design.
